Typical Vulture Bulk Buys range from 20% - 55% Below Appraised Value for individuals units. Actual discounts vary based on specific markets, sellers financial position/needs, and number of units purchased by investors. TERMS: of Bulk Buys
1. No Finance Contingency.
2. Two week escrow – no longer than 30 days.
3. A 10% Earnest Deposit is Due with the buyer's signed contract with a seven day inspection period upon which time the deposit goes hard.
4. No double escrows or assignment of contract.
