Sullivan Square will be located at the corner of I-215 and Durango at Sunset Boulevard. Developer Glen, Smith & Glen has completed its financing agreements and is now a joint venture partner with Harcourt Developments. Based in Dublin, Ireland, Harcourt is funding the entire $800 million project cost. The significance of this financing is that, unlike many other projects, we not only have financing for the vertical construction of the first tower but we have financing for all 9 buildings so we can build as fast as we sell.
