What may be one of the best kept secrets in the real estate industry is the evolution of real estate power brokers.  The select few developers who are connected to these networks of top producrers to move inventory in their projects behind the scenes do so with great success.   Many developers who have inventory to move unfortunately can't tap into this resource because this is really a behind the scenes process, and many agents and brokers who talk a good game but ultimately don't produce sales make it difficult for developers that are not connected to the right power brokers to believe that this is a viable concept to create velocity in sales.

On the other end of the equation are agents and brokers who have heard of the advantages of being connected to a developer who has given preferred status to a power broker.  The agents have their own stable of investors who they want to get connected to preferential deals but they just don't know how to find these centers of influences.
