Every condominium unit has many benefits / amenities that most oceanfront vacation rentals are lacking. These residential units come with oceanfront balconies, 9-foot ceilings, designer tiles throughout the condo, double door entry points, and private storage rooms.

The North Beach Towers are planned to be built on a 7½ acre oceanfront patch of land where the former Barefoot Campground used to reside. The area is found i nthe southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach. These Two Towers offer visitors and condo owners a direct oceanfront / sothern coastal views along the Atlantic.

These stunning towers will reflect the souther architectural style found in Charleston, Savannah, Georgetown, and Willmington. There are two magnificent arches that connect the two towers that looks quite similar to the famous Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas. The top arch located on the 14th floor will contain a two-story restaurant area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The lower arch has been designed to embrace the relaxation of a lounge facility and concierge area.

Any parking will be limited to a 600 space covered parking garage that is immediately adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean Towers Complex. Access to the two towers is completely covered.

The masterpeice of this facility will overlook the Atlantic Ocean and contain a 21/2 acre waterpark featuring an array of water facilities. These facilities will include outdoor fountains, swimming pools, spas, lazy river, and a swim-up pool bar. This facility will be the largest outdoor water park ever built within the area of Myrtle Beach.

Every unit has a direct oceanfront view. Special features for each unit include 9ft. ceilings, double door entrances, 8in. solid core doors, granite kitchen and bath counter tops, walk-in closets, custom cabinets, and much more.

A mixture of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom villas comprise the twin towers, referred to as the Indigo House (180 residences), and the Jasmine House (162 residences).
