Miami is undoubtedly an international hot spot and is considered one of the most entertaining culturly diverse vacation spots in the US. Miami is a major port of entry for surfing, tourism, shopping and the establishment of high end retail businesses, with continental presence in North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean it‘s no wonder so many developers are building luxury high rises, mid-sizes, and gated resort communities.
