1. Free Advice and Information on Real Estate Investment Courses:

Don't be fooled by real estate investing courses that claim you can make millions a year with no job, no money, and bad credit. The truth is it is VERY hard to make a good living with no start up capital not to mention bad credit and no job. Don't fall for the hype, these "guru's" are just selling you a dream and in reality very very few people ever even make back the money for the course.

2. How to spot these "Get Rich Quick" investment courses:
It seems many of these web sites all look very similar with minor changes. Many of these rip off courses consist of one very long webpage with a long sales pitch with a button at the bottom.

3. Selling CD's and Books Vs Real Estate:
If this real estate "guru" was really selling hundreds of millions of dollars a year in properties do you really think it would be more profitable from them to sell $300 real estate investing courses? Don't fall victim to these people, besides 99% of them are regurgitated information from the last guru.

If you see any of these sentences when shopping for a real estate investment course be VERY cautious:

"You can start with zero cash, even with bad credit and no job. Don't throw your own money and credit into investing, or you're doing it WRONG THE WRONG WAY!"

(It takes money to money and this is true in the investment real estate industry. Although it is possible to make money with low start up capital it is VERY hard and VERY competitive.)

"Your business and financial success is guaranteed* using my investment real estate or it's free."
(Notice the "*". Without it many of these so called guru's would be in jail if it wasn't for that little character. These people will say and do anything to sell their investing courses.)

"DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF THIS NEW AMAZING INVESTMENT THAT WILL MAKE YOU $100,000 YOUR FIRST YEAR"
(Where do these numbers come from? Is $100,000 a year the magic number?)

"TURN HOUSES MONTHLY FOR AMAZING PROFITS"
(Buying an Investment Property and selling it in a month is VERY hard and takes a lot of time and resources. It is disturbing how people believe they can just buy a place and sell it in a month for a 30% profit).

"Generate a Huge Hassle-Free Income!"
(There is no such thing as hassle free income and anyone telling you different is probably trying to sell you something)

"Make a Fortune in your Spare Time with NO RISK!"
( Comments like this are why many of these guru's end up in a jail cell)

"Quit your Job & be your Own Boss!"
(This is one of our favorites, I wonder how many lives we're ruined from this claim)
