What is Pre-Construction Real Estate?

Pre-construction real estate is a process like any other type of investment where the investor is given a chance to see what the developer has to offer as a builder. Each investor is given a multitude of information about the property that they wish to invest in to make their decision more safe and sound. If the investor likes what they are shown then they may enter in a “reservation” with the developer to reserve a space in the upcoming construction period for the property. When construction is to begin then the investor and the developer enter in a form agreement through a “contract” which means that the developer and investor agree to a price and ownership of that property. After construction the owner (the investor) is free to sell, use for personal use, or rent out his/her Investment Property as they see fit.
